For your 5% of your homework grade, find pictures around town (3-5 pictures) with incorrect use of English. Look around the subway, on the bus, or at cafes and restaurants. I can tell the manager here, if I want this sign to fixed.
It's incorrect because it's cafeteria. we sure can eat or drink here.
This cafeteria just want to say "No food or drink from outside".
It always makes me laugh when I go into this cafeteria.
